Launched by Victor in 2012, Cast Iron is proudly serving the Eastern Carolina Pulled Pork BBQ recipe created by his mother and voted Washington, D.C.'s "Best BBQ Sandwich" 5 years in a row! It's so good, you can eat it nekked (without sauce)...
Chef Victor won top griller in the 2006 Charleston Pam Grill Off and has brought his D.C. flair to Charleston's southern lowcountry style of cooking. Cast Iron's goal is to continue to share great food, good laughs and memorable times with the Charleston community and the many folks who make the Holy City their vacation destination every year!
